Character's Personality: Nakashima is a shy kept-to-self person who acts like a jerk and not care for but himself.On the inside he is a soft kind hearted person who wishes to protect, but he makes himself sick by just thinking of that. He likes to keep quiet and has a chemical in-balance in his brain that leads him to want to rip a person apart, nothing left. He will not speak even if is commanded to speak but only a few times unless he knows the person.He is a hard worker but a loner as well he wants to be a ninja like his parents and why ANBU where sent to kill them. He has great respect for the Hidden Cloud Village but prefers his own rules.He has a great knowledge of being a ninja for the Village hidden in the clouds. He knows all hand seals but none forbidden or special.He tries to figure out every flaw in each move his opponent makes so he can couter his oppenet untill he can figure out a pattern in the movement or the intervals of attacks.

Character's History: Nakashima was born in the land of thunder in the main Village of clouds. He knew his parents where two Jonin always on Missions so he could take care of himself since he was just seven. He had entered the academy at the age of eight and was almost at the top of his class. He gratuated to genin at the age of Nine. His skills are impressive He had the capability of learning Lightning at an amazing speed. He had incredible speed as if HE were lightning it's self. at the age of ten he was helping out at the Academy and the end of the day came as he returned home he saw some of her father's and Mother's friends crying, but he decided to leave them be.He finaly returned into his house sering that his parent's Outfit's were thereas he checked their room he saw chalk on the floor surrounding two bodies, both faces ripped off with broken bones everywhere.Nakashima broke into tears knowing it has his parents.The authority's took him the headquarters and interrogated him asking if he did it every reply was tears and

"Why in the HELL! would I do something like that."In a loud pissed and ferocious tone. So after the bodies and the investigation were cold he began to live in the house for just himself as his friend Nakamura always came to comfort him. She always cooked for him and tried to cheer him up.One day she decided to go to the store for him, and as she returned to see him alseep on the kitchen table she gave him a little gift.

" I hope you won't lose it clumsy." She said as She giggled softly putting the wraped up gift on the table next to his head.The next morning he woke up and went to the washroom to do his "usual" thing he did every morning.He then made his breakfeast looking onto the table seeing a little pink box with his name and her's saying.

"Here's something for you.From: Nakamura To: Naka-kun"He then picked it up lifting the top off seeing a White silver metal ring that seemed to give out a burst of energy.He then put on the ring feeling his chakra rise tenfold.He then looked outside seeing a large thunder storm and then peeked back into the box seeing a note.

"This ring is something I found and gave to a friend and got it back last night.Take good care of it. If you lose it i'll murder you!" He shoved the note into his pocket with a smile.A year had gone by and he was now eleven, He had done imense training but without the right and he put it on one day, A storm began as he felt his Chakra increase like when he had just got the ring. He began to do some more training as he made a punch to a tree a large gale of wind came as he sliced the tree in half the then made another punch to the same tree stump as a large lightning bolt came down and struck it as he bounced back amazed at what just happend. After that he had taken th ring off and the storm had stoped. One day he had it on and for a week he had it on and a storm had never stoped. He then re-encountered Nakamura from when she was done her mission. They talked and he finaly asked. " What does this ring do?" He asked in a curious tone.He stood there until he got an answer from her.
"Gives you power of a storm" She whispered while smiling towards him.He could know creat small storms and a puch could send a little gale of wind that could a somewhat deep cut and small bolts of lightning.After a year hand gone by the village had known him as the boys of storms.

Kyuuzou Ryouiki
Description: After performing the required handseals, the user of this jutsu lets electricity cover a certain area around it. Every human, except for the user of this jutsu, in this field, being ten meters per time this jutsu is learned, gets a painful electrical surge launched through their entire body. Not only does the field this jutsu covers expands per time this jutsu is trained in, the damage done to the body also increases.

Ikazuchi Genkotsu
Description: The moment one desires they let a small ball of lighting float in front of the users fist for a couple of seconds, injuring and paralizing the hit bodypart. The ball's diameter would be around 30 centimeters and be held to the fist with a small line of electricity.

Shuryou Dangan
Description: At C-rank one performs the handseals and shoots of the bolt at the opponent which, suprisingly, almost always hits as if it was following the target. Unless a living creature is hit this bolt will not go away. At B-rank the user actually shoots off a ball of magic and lets it fly around to their willing. The shock of this is, ofcourse, more powerfull and the ball travels at almost twice the speed of the lightning bolt.
